I have purchased other packs from timbuk2 and the process has always been very easy to find what I need by their descriptions.

A buckle broke - I went to a local Timbuk2 shop and they didn't have a replacement. I had to send in the bag; Timbuktu sewed in a replacement buckle and sent the bag back to me. It took less than a week, and there was no charge.

Repair to Like-New is Even Better than Brand New! I cannot tell you all how happy I am to get two much-loved Timbuk2 bags back, repaired to like-new, after 15+ years of hard use. Some damage was covered by warranty, the rest of the repair was priced at a bargain. "SF Made" -> SF Renewed. Timbuk2 has earned my loyalty for all my family's durable bag needs.

I've had this particular Timbuk2 bag since 2013, and although it was still doing a great job, there was a lot of wear and tear to say the least. The inner lining had been shredded and the reflective trim had fully worn. Although the repairs didn't fall under the warranty, it only cost $35 to get my bag looking as good as the day I bought it. Thank you guys so much!!!

I have an almost 20 year old computer bag that I adore that was discontinued years ago and it's now been repaired twice free of charge under the lifetime warranty policy. It's been used almost daily the whole time I've had it and it's been all around the word with me. I have beat the hell out of it. I also own 4 other custom Timbuk2 messenger bags, one of which is 30 years old and still going strong. I also have 6 more messenger bags that my students use as sound bags. Simply put, they last forever and if something goes wrong you're covered. There's just not many companies out there anymore that make such a great product that also has a lifetime warranty. You can't go wrong with them.
