TimberplatesReviews of timberplates.com

Communication skills were key. Jake knew exactly what I wanted and created a custom solution that worked perfectly.

I CUSTOM ORDER TIE ROD TRUSSES AND THEY ALWAYS MAKE THEM QUICKLY AND SHIP VERY FAST. THE STAFF ARE EASY TO DEAL WITH AND COMMUICATE VERY WELL

Great description of product when ordering , follow up and approval before order is sent in. With a phone call !! Product came early then estimated and was as explained and expected. Very good quality.

The tension rods Timberplates made for us arrived on time, assembled easily, and the powder coat finish was well worth the upgrade cost.

I've ordered several things from them and have been very satisfied with every purchase. I don't deal with anyone else for my custom metal fab needs. Go with them and don't think twice!

Ordered some heavy duty joist hangers for some 2x beams and some post mount brackets. When they arrived, the dimensions were exactly like I drew them on the website and they were better than I expected. Not only that, they had them fabricated, shipped and I recieved them faster than I expected. They will answer the phone and or call you back. Felt like I got personal service and this was the first time I had ordered from them. Good job. Thanks.
