TilePixReviews of tilepix.com

Really great experience. The website was extremely well laid out. Can't wait to arrange these on my wall!

arrived promptly and worked as advertised

I initially left a review because I wasn't satisfied with the return policy for TilePix. However, they kindly reached out to me and offered a full refund and were quick to do so. I wasn't able to use their product for my project, but I was grateful they did refund me and worked well to fix my issue.

I received an almost immediate response to my customer service email question that included a link to the exact item I was looking for. It's nice to get a real-person to respond to an inquiry and then provide you with great customer service.

Love tile pix I am obsessed! Easy to order fast shipping easy to put up on wall and great looking!

I thought I was buying both parts of the magnetic pads. I now have 4 boxes of the one side of the magnetic pad that won't hang up a regular picture. I feel misled.

They are not magnetic and when contacting customer service they said too bad… I am stuck with defective product! Stay away!!
