TilePixReviews of tilepix.com

Yikes don't stick on the wall and the magnets fall off. One of the tiles is already broken. Very poorly made product and I'm extremely disappointed considering what I spent. I hope someone reached out to me to make this right before I wrote a formal review.

I recently moved and mistakenly ordered the regular adhesive wall mounts for our two 16 X24 glass prints - 8 of them - and I needed the 1/2" size. It was an honest mistake due to the millions of things on my plate and I have requested a refund with two emails and have gotten no response. I have now spent $95 on the correct size, and I would really like the $40 back and return the regular size mounts.

I had really big issues with delivery with FedEx. They kept changing the address automatically and then I had no simple recourse. Reaching out to you guys, the response time was just atrocious. I mean days and days with no response from you and so my package just sits at a warehouse for over a week when it's supposed to be two-day delivery and then the product that I received is just not what I thought it was. I thought it was glass, like real glass, something heavy, something solid, not plexiglass, not something thin. I got an 11-by-14 and so it's a nice big piece but it's plastic and it's not substantial like I thought it was going to be. For $90 that's what I was expecting. It says glass in the advertisement so that's pretty deceiving. When you remove the word poly plexiglass I got a smaller set. It was an 8-by-8 or just the smaller rectangular ones with the frame and the pictures that were printed out. They just didn't seem like they were very good quality photographs. I could go to Walmart and get a better photograph. It looked like somebody printed it at home. It was just very disappointing. The frame itself too is so cheap. I spent $500 on that order and I do not feel I got $500 worth of a product. The frames were so cheap. I could print those on my 3D printer for like 4 cents. Not even. Yeah not the best experience.

Great customer service and quality of products

I have not received any shipping information nor have I received product

I received the 1/2 inch wall sticks that were too thick for the tilepix I ordered from Walgreens. I ordered based on talking with customer service. I reached back out to customer service again who said they’d re sent regular wall sticks but I’ve never received them. I don’t understand why it’s so difficult to get replacement wall sticks. They should be available at Walgreens. Especially because it fell off my wall within just a few weeks!! I ordered 10 wall pictures and only 1 fell so now I have a huge gap in my wall. Out an extra 20$ for wall sticks that didn’t work AND still haven’t received the correct ones. And looks like I’ll need to spent an additional $20 because of shipping to get another one. I will be highly discouraging people from buying these.

Ordered two TilePix. They are not tiles. They are merely glossy photos in a plastic frame without protection. One arrived damaged. I contacted their cust service 3x without a response. I ended up calling Walgreens. They sent a replacement. Received today and it is also damaged!!! Print is bent at base of plastic frame. Terrible product. But worse is their unresponsiveness.

Well made. Lost a star because of paper peel-off on magnets. Portions stayed stuck and were difficult to remove.
