When checking out it showed a picture of the photo I selected, but the image had my father in law’s head cut off. I went in and out of the order to verify that the image that was actually being printed didn’t have his head cut off. I won’t be happy if I receive it with his head cut off.

The sticky back magnets would not adhere to cinder block walls so had to use 3m hooks.

I ordered the wall pad kit for hanging photo frames. Unfortunately, I assumed a "kit" would include both the wall pad and the magnet for the frame. Unfortunately this was not the case.

The website was not easy to use. The size of the frames when editing was super small and it was not easy to make edits.
