I had really big issues with delivery…Not the quality I was expecting.
I had really big issues with delivery with FedEx. They kept changing the address automatically and then I had no simple recourse. Reaching out to you guys, the response time was just atrocious. I mean days and days with no response from you and so my package just sits at a warehouse for over a week when it's supposed to be two-day delivery and then the product that I received is just not what I thought it was. I thought it was glass, like real glass, something heavy, something solid, not plexiglass, not something thin. I got an 11-by-14 and so it's a nice big piece but it's plastic and it's not substantial like I thought it was going to be. For $90 that's what I was expecting. It says glass in the advertisement so that's pretty deceiving. When you remove the word poly plexiglass I got a smaller set. It was an 8-by-8 or just the smaller rectangular ones with the frame and the pictures that were printed out. They just didn't seem like they were very good quality photographs. I could go to Walmart and get a better photograph. It looked like somebody printed it at home. It was just very disappointing. The frame itself too is so cheap. I spent $500 on that order and I do not feel I got $500 worth of a product. The frames were so cheap. I could print those on my 3D printer for like 4 cents. Not even. Yeah not the best experience.
