Tile ClubReviews of tileclub.com

Beautiful tile! Great, fast shipping. Excellent customer service & tile was delivered intact.

Ordered samples and received quickly.

Communication regarding my order. The quality of the tiles. Beautiful!! Arrived intact in shipping which was extremely important and the price for such lovely and unique tiles.

Wonderful selection of tile that's not offered at big box.

The tiles are wonderful. My need for customer service was quickly addressed to my greatest satisfaction. Thank you!

All samples were sent out promptly & securely wrapped. Customer service was on point when needed. Only complaint is on large format (V3+) there should be an option to order larger samples even if they have to be cut in two to ship securely. (24x24 cut into 12x12). Sadly even ordering two samples of an item there was a color that never showed up which was close to ruining the scheme, we pivoted & made it work but not as nice had the pink swatches been shown on the 2 samples.

I stand corrected! I just checked and the the tiles I’m talking about came from a different company. We absolutely love the subway tiles. And the fleck tiles. They made the bathroom absolutely stunning. Couldn’t be happier with the tile club.

I’m pleasantly surprised by the level of service I got from Tile Club. Unfortunately my sample order got lost by FedEx in transit. But I’ve reached out to company’s representative via chat and they expedited replacement right away. I loved the tile I chose - will be ordering soon.
