I had started a tile project with tile I bought years ago. In the middle of it, I ran out - but luckily, I found Tile Club online and they were extremely helpful when I called and after sending a photo of the missing tile, we established that they had it in stock!! Only a couple of days later, my contractor already set the tile they had sent me - "lifesavers". I can give nothing but praise for the exceptional customer service!!
