We recently renovated our kitchen and love our new tile floor! The tile is beautiful and Ashlee from customer service was helpful along the way. We first ordered samples to confirm our choice and it was exactly as pictured. I was able to place my large order and have it held in the warehouse until a set ship date. This put my mind at ease knowing we’d have our desired tile without it selling out when our renovation started. The tile then arrived as scheduled on pallets, very well packaged. None were cracked. I’m so glad I purchased in advance since it was on back order closer to our renovation. Thank you for a great product that I could not find anywhere else plus prompt, personable customer service! I also really appreciate the tile club discount!
