Found exactly what I was looking for to closely match what I already had in my kitchen. Quick service.

Tile Club has an incredible selection of beautiful tiles. I ordered multiple samples and placed an order based on the sample we preferred. The tiles ordered did arrive timely. The order did look a bit of a different color than the sample, however, I assumed it was due to the paper backing and believed it would match once installed. Long story short, our installed tile did not match the sample and sadly I much preferred the sample. I reached out to customer service and Ashlee was understanding of the situation. After a few conversations, she was able to offer an acceptable resolution for the discolored tiles. Based on the great selection and excellent customer service I'd definitely buy from Tile Club again.

UPDATE TO REVIEW: I received the order samples today - one day after complaint. I also got a 10% discount coupon. That effectively is sufficient consideration. I'm satisfied. amending to 4 stars original review: Placed order for samples online. System autofill's' the incorrect delivery & billing address from my browser & actually authorizes the transaction with incorrect billing & shipping address. I immediately emailed to sort out, twice. The questions: why did this even occur? and can you mail to correct delivery & shipping address? Fed Ex trying to deliver to incomplete address has prevented order delivery. After calling customer service, agent was unprofessional, uninterested in correcting the mistake which caused this. And she actually said she would forward to me the email I sent...with no apparent suite # for accurate delivery. Oh yeah I says! her tone was that of combative and escalating, not the appropriate effort to sort out and correct the customer service issue. Oh and by the way, after checking my emails, turns out I did list the correct delivery address. Completely. Accurate. Not sure with such poor service this company has so many decent reviews. The trouble these days with receiving appropriately engaged customer service is that SOP was thrown out 30 years ago. Nobody cares about their customers anymore. Sad but accurate I'm afraid.

Excellent selection and quick shipment. Didn’t see anything like your selections anywhere online. Lower star rating because of the online customer service/chat. Poor service and reply to inquiry.

Love the samples that I got. Received promptly and support was good. Good communication.. only problem really was that the site is a little unfriendly for mobile use. Would probably be much better on a computer. Would have given it a 5 otherwise. Have ordered another full sheet of same as the other samples that I have. Will give feedback on that after it arrives.
