interior decorator suggested tile from here, and the tile i received was nothing like the photos or the sample i ordered, it is horrible and ugly and the glaze is cracked in multiple places, its very bad, and this company deemed it "natural variation" and i have to pay to return it. buyer beware, this is not a good place to get tile from. it may have been a reputable site at one time that decorators use, but i dont believe they have a good team behind the wheel anymore. very, very bad tile coming out of this place.

I usually wait for my tile guy to unbox tiles, when he's ready to do tile job. To unbox a lot of tile to check for damage, is unreasonable. I reported two tiles came in damaged and sent pictures, but was told I was outside the window to report damage. (It may have been past 30 days, but not a lot. They're splitting hairs) At $272 per tile, I was more than a little disappointed. I will not be doing business with Tile Club again, if they do not resolve. If they do resolve, I will be more than happy to edit this review to great customer service.

Nice tiles. Terrible delivery and policies that treat customers like cheats. I ordered $14K of tiles. Approximately 2,000 lb. Delivery is CURBSIDE ONLY and by a third party which I now see has terrible customer reviews on Yelp and Google. Tile club left the tiles in the road blocking our drive. Forcing us to carry the tiles into the garage one box at a time. Some of the boxes were open under the shrink wrap which meant they were spilling out on the road. I ordered tiles from several other companies, none of which had an issue delivering the tiles to our garage with their palette jacks. I called the company to complain and was told I'd get a callback. Nothing yet. Check the policies. They are unreasonable. You have only 72 hours to report broken tiles. Other companies give you 30-90 days. Do I want to spend my time opening ~60 boxes of tiles to check them and then closing them back up so they can be stored out of the way until install. No. No I don't. I ordered samples three times, twice there were missing samples I was charged for. Why don't they refund you if they can't provide the sample rather than making you call them to resolve the situation?

Ordered over one thousand dollars in tile from this company based on the images and specs. posted on their website. Upon receiving the tile, it was not at all as it looked on the website. The company states that some of the images were "digital renderings" and there are "possible variations due to lighting or screen settings". Its all bologna. The tiles I received look nothing like that was shown. The are flat, off white/gray tile and look unfinished. There is NO gloss whatsoever. They are 100% matte, flat, NO gloss, semi-gloss, etc. at all. The pearlescent look is barely visible. There is NO variation in color as shown on the site. After contacting customer service, they sent me an updated description of the tile, including a intentionally highlighted spec. sheet. This is the quoted reply from Kim at TileClub: "At the bottom of the website pictures we also have *Room scene images depicted might be a digital render and not an actual photograph. Differences between the image and physical product may exist. Always refer to physical samples for accurate representation." Kim then highlighted a portion of the description from the site that said "They have a slightly matte finish". These are not *slightly matte*. They are 100% matte and feel chalky and unfinished. I'm not even confident they would be safe for a shower wall as advertised. This company is stating they're advertising digital renderings that aren't real or accurate, and that is the customers fault? They've agreed to waive the outrageous 15% restocking fee, but then told me I'm on my own in regards to returning it. They state they have a 45-day return policy but neglect to explain the customer is on their own to figure out how to return a 250lb pallet via freight. I have no idea or experience in returning pallets via freight. The average consumer would not have access to this. I'm now forced to spend $270 to return these boxes of tile via UPS Ground which is OUTRAGEOUS. I've contacted my credit card company and plan to file a dispute. This entire experience borders on what I would compare to a scam. I will never do business with this company again.
