I was searching for a tile with texture and a certain color. The only place I found it was Tile Club. The sample arrived quickly. Our order was delivered on time but every tile (24 x 48) was crushed due to the delivery process. Tile Club immediately sent out a second order which was in perfect condition. The tile is now on my bathroom wall and looks amazing - exactly as I had envisioned.

Just beautiful materials and the packing is superb. I feel like I bought art work. If we do the kitchen or another bath room we will be coming back to the Tile Club.

Tile ordered was expensive but beautiful. The tile was delivered in secure packaging to avoid breakage. Good communication and delivery updates, and contact telephone rep was a real human and able to assist with change to order on the spot. Excellent product and excellent customer service.

It was easy to order tile samples that I might be interested in for a closer look. The samples come on individual boards with a total room picture. My only draw back was it was a bit longer to mail out but that is to be expected.

I found this website accidentally. I ordered samples first and they were beautiful. I picked a tile and ordered the wrong product. Correcting my order was super easy and after installing the tile in my bathroom I'm so happy. I love this resource, they have so many options. Great product and great people working there.
