Really love their selection of tiles and it was easy to order samples on the website. I'm redoing my kitchen so I needed a bunch of different samples asap. Customer service was super helpful and knowledgeable and they shipped my order quickly. Really appreciate their patience since I haven't ordered tiles online before and had lots of questions! Great experience, I'll be ordering again.

Tile club was my favorite vendor during our whole bathroom remodel! Not only was the tile beautiful, but it was the best customer service. I received for this project in six months. I ordered my tile online. It consisted of two pieces, stars and X. When I ordered it, I accidentally ordered all of the stars and no X. The system immediately flagged and sent me a prompt asking me if I meant to do that I called and spoke with the nicest woman. I wish I remembered her name when she was talking to me. She mentioned that the tiles say they’re black, but they’re really a dark gray and she suggested that I get a sample so I had her send me a sample and in the meantime, she held my order so that I could look at the sample and make sure I loved it. I talked to her four times. She was always pleasant, kind and willing to go out of her way to help me solve my problem even a problem I didn’t know I had. I got the sample and me and my designer loved it. The tile is gorgeous. I have already referred tile club to friends!

I just love the tiles, the shower came out beautiful and the floor tiles. It tied in so well with my subway tiles that are 60 yrs old the work was just completed. Being 84 I never checked tiles only one was cracked. My niece ordered extra so it all worked out. That was the only damaged piece. I've gotten so many compliments wanting to know the name of tiles where I got them, including the installer.he was impressed with quality.

I purchased tile for my kitchen backsplash. The tile was beautiful and arrived quickly. Upon delivery, there were 4 damaged tiles. I contacted customer service and these 4 tiles were quickly sent to me. I ended up needing 5 additional tiles to complete my project. I once again contacted customer service and they promptly agreed to send me the 5 tiles with free shipping. They did not make me purchase an entire case. I appreciate that very much. I highly recommend Tile Club.
