Great lock. The new lock mechanism is way better now over the 1st tigr lock I got a few years ago.

The TiGr is a great lock. I bought this for my son who needed something lightweight but secure. We both did lots of research and we both felt it is a good compromise between those two criteria. The rattle-free mount is also a blessing. He is using this for medium security situations where he is not leaving his bike in a heavily-urban security zone, but something less hazardous for periods up to an hour. It is expensive, and living in Canada and having it shipped up here, was horribly expensive thanks to UPS and their "handling fees", which are robbery, but it was for his birthday, so I sucked it up.
