I have been a big fan of these locks for a couple of years, for safety, convenience and style reasons. Having lost most of my keys following a house move, the team took great care to explore what the options were for me, and suggested the best course of action. I used to use Kryptonite NYC Chain & Padlock (11 lbs) then Kryp's NYC U-Lock (4 lbs)... and I couldn't be happier that Blue Mini+ (1 lb.) is so light and easy to carry on the bike frame. It works great, easy to use, and provides the security I need without the weight. I've admired TiGr locks since their first Bow Lock on Kickstarter. I'm happy I know I use their innovative product that is tested and proven over these past years.

I have had the lock for close to five years and the clip broke about six months ago, and the locking mechanism needed to be replaced recently. I love how easy it is to go to the website to buy the new parts. The body of the lock wont wear out, and it is nice to be able to replace the parts that I need.

Nice bike lock and initially did not come with the screws to attach to frame but after working with TiGr they sent the needed screws out. Appreciate the responsiveness and addressing the miss.

We don't include bottle cage mounting screws with our bike locks because bottle cage mounting screws come with the bike. We believe including screws would be wasteful and we believe in reducing/minimizing waste. We will send them if you need them though. Please send a note to [email protected].

I now have two TiGr locks, which is certainly a testament to how I feel about them and trust the security they provide. I was particularly impressed with how quick it was to order and receive the second lock, keyed identically to my first that was purchased at least four years ago. The important aspect was that I still had the key tag - in a separate safe spot, of course.
