TIGR LockReviews of tigrlock.com

It's great that the anxiety of going out on a road bike can be eliminated with just 500g. No other key is as balanced as this.

I bought these as secondary locks for an expensive E-bike and these are fantastic for locking my front and back wheels without adding additional weight (the weight of U locks adds up quickly! and cables just don’t cut it for security). Fav feature was being able to buy 2 same-keyed locks. Would absolutely buy again.

I'm satisfied with the service from Tigr. First, the ability to order the main parts of the lock separately allowed me to buy spare parts such as the keys, holders and cylinders. Second, I bought a number of cylinders all keyed to the same key pattern. This enticed me to order 4 more of the locks, so I could standardize the keys on our family's fleet of bikes. Also the service was good, and I got prompt replies when things went wrong with my order.

I ordered TiGR Mini Lock and within a week it arrived (UK). The lock is practical, super light and can fit even in a small bag - I hardly notice it! I used to have the bigger version before but sadly I lost it and thought to try the smaller version which works well too as I can lock the front wheel fine. Definitely worth the price.

I love my tigr lock. The lock is lightweight, beautifully designed and easy to use. Their customer service is fantastic too. I recently worked with them to customize a second lock that’s compatible with my original key. Jim was quick to respond and shipping felt very fast. Can’t say enough good things about their product and the overall experience.

fast shipment, Lock is light and strong as described, works great for my onewheel XR

I received the order today. All as I wanted. Thank you very much for your work and care!!!

I got a lock... but not what I ordered. I ordered a blue steel shackle. I received the titanium shackle instead. Aside from this error the lock performs well for my desired needs. As with any lock out there it is intended to keep you honest types honest. Every lock can be defeated by a variety of attacks, this is in company with most lock makers. It is easy to use, and light weight. Thanks for upgrading me to titanium, I think. UPDATE! As you can see below TiGr responded quickly to my initial post. They voluntarily sent me the correct product! This company not only makes a good option for locking your valuable transportation things but also offers great customer support! I have upgraded my experience for this company to 5 stars to reflect their diligence in making sure that the customer is taken care of. I would highly recommend working with them if you find their lock options to be a fit for your needs! Good companies are built by hard work and are backed by hard working people! I will be purchasing from TiGr again as needs arise!
