The folks at TiGr are extremely helpful and efficient. I lost my keys and reference number. They helped me figure it out and had new, properly fitting key in my hand in 2 days. The locks are super well made, and nicer looking than any other lock out there. No brainer, go with TiGr.

Lite weight lock that is not easy to cut with manual tools

Using with a large Specialized Diverge Evo gravel bike with room for a water bottle and a half frame bag above both. Good design for bike placement and a good balance of weight and much better security than a bulky cable lock. Would recommend.

I have several bicycles and therefore several TiGr locks. Thanks to the custom cylinder option, I only carry ONE key for all of them. Great products. Great customer service.

Customer service was understanding and quick to resolve my issue. My lock has lasted for over 4 years, so I am very satisfied overall.

This is a great lock, especially for touring. It's lightweight, secure and handles multiple bikes, especially when there's nothing handy to lock them to. It's terrific to be able to order spare parts when something goes missing, especially in a way that allows my husband and I to keep our locks keyed alike. We had to have the parts in a fairly short amount of time, before we left town again. This was in the midst of a pandemic-induced supply-chain horrors and shipping slowdowns. And the parts arrived, without fanfare, in our mailbox. Hooray.

I was able to get replacement keys cut for my lock that I bought over 7 years ago by just providing the number from their original tag. Both original keys were getting super worn out and it would sometimes take me 10 minutes to unlock the lock. New keys work first try every time!
