I love Tigr locks! They are light, indestructible and versatile enough to work with almost any lock up. I have used them successfully in New York City for many years.

I lost the key to my TiGr bowlock while biking on vacation and have not written down the code. The folks at TiGr were just great about removing the old lock cylinder and providing a new cylinder with keys. Extremely fast response to emails and to for the work as well. The whole process with shipping, etc, took just a week. TiGr's service is as solid as the locks they sell!!

Great customer service and light lock! I have had a few of the locks and they are nice and light not to mention strong. Don't use cable locks they are easily cut!

I ordered a replacement lock holder to hold the lock onto my bicycle, which cracked after 5 years. The new holder is reinforced with metal, so it should last much longer than 5 years, pretty good! Reasonable cost, rapid delivery. I love my Tigr lock.

I was delighted to find that I could simply send a code for my bike lock that I had kept in a file. Received the replacement in record time.

I’ve had the large titanium lock for my commuter bike in Manhattan and Brooklyn for five years, leave it locked to sign posts on the street, occasionally overnight, and have never (so far) had a problem. The lock is incredibly quick/easy to take off its rack and lock up, and also incredibly light. You instantly feel the difference over heavier U locks or chains. And an added plus is that the customer care has been very helpful and generous when I had a problem with a cracked mount. So many companies over-promise and under-deliver. These guys do the opposite. (Re-reading this post it sounds so positive as to sound fake, but it’s real!)
