The keyhole requires frequent flushing with lubricant to allow the key to be fully inserted. As a theft discouraging device, though, it is great! My real complaint is with places that do not provide a way to properly anchor the locked bike.

I recommend this over any unlock I’ve used. It’s light, barely ever rattles the smallest amount, & it’s way better looking than a giant u-lock and anything used to carry a u-lock. The cons: price considered I have a couple criticisms. There is a small rubber sticker on the lock that keeps it from rattling in the mount, the adhesive let’s it shift around and it will probably fall off in time. The lock can rattle when this sticker moves out of position. Two, the clasp is attached with a screw, it looks very hard to access when locked but why not use the same mechanism as the titanium lock?

Customer service and support made the purchase meaningful. The lock is also light in weight and the reason for my purchase.

The lock is good but the carrier seats it too low so i can't fit my bidon in its carrier on the down tube.

Nicely built, quite usable although you need to find the right size pole to attach to. A bit heavier than I expected.

The locks are great. Customer service used to be better, when they had a phone number and answered it. Now you can expect to spend 30+ minutes navigating website interfaces if you want to do anything other than click and purchase.

Delivery instructions neglected to include suite number causing a delay in delivery

Super Lightweight and works great. Only complaint is the lock holder doesn't work with a standard bottle cage. I feel like they could have changed the shape of the lock to accommodate the bottom of the bottle that obstructs it on a standard bike setup. That or design the holder to raise the lock up.
