Just received 1 out of the 2 locks ordered. Fortunately you took into consideration my issue without too much discussion and I thank you for that. Hope to get quickly the remaking part.

The keys are made out of a pretty soft…
The keys are made out of a pretty soft metal and need to be replaced every year or two with regular use. I'm on my 4th key after 4 years of ownership. This has added roughly $50 to the cost of the lock (for key replacements).

Thank you for posting a review here. The keys are made of brass. A shot of WD-40 and/or lock-specific lubrication from time-to-time and/or as needed helps reduce wear and keep things functioning smoothly. Hope that helps.

Shipping costs too high
At TiGr locks they are kind and reliable, but their shipping costs for Europe are too high : 45$ for Metropolitan France for the first product bought.
