We have been using Tigersecu for our Antique Shop and outdoor storage lot for several years. The company hands down is the best for our needs. The equipment performs as well as (if not better than) the overpriced systems out there. Installation is easy breezy. Their support team is quick to respond if you have any questions. TIGERSECU has been very helpful and proactive in helping me to maximizue the value of my hybrid XVR. They helped me diagnose issues I was experiencing with the unit, and further aided me in identifying issues that were specifically involving the different OEM cameras that I had attached to the XVR, and helped me to clarify what camera settings and updates that I needed to make to get the most of the system in total! A++++

The Customer Service is excellent. After calling as they walk me through it setting up the DVR and cameras, they followed up with additional text to ensure everything was working or if I needed any other assistance. I definitely would recommend this company due to their customer service and follow up.
