Skeptical At First
When I first saw this company's ad on Facebook and went to their website and saw their prices I was extremely skeptical. Another company selling tickets, but this one I have NEVER heard of. I made one purchase and waited thinking if this is a scam I will dispute the charge. I purchased tickets to the Atlanta Dream game and it was to be delivered by June 1st, game was June 2nd, my purchase was May 3rd.
I worried for a whole month, is this going to happen, June 1st came and no tickets. I followed the company's instructions and contacted them. A few hours later I received the tickets and a few hours after that TicketX contacted me from my request providing me the ticket link as well.
I then went to the arena nervous, I've never used this secure pass (one of the ticketing platforms), was wondering if the tickets would work and if I would be embarrassed at the door. We got in, I went to the seats and hoped no one would walk up and say "you're in my seats," that didn't happen.
Everything happened as it was supposed to and I am pleased - with the promo, the price, the easy purchasing, the process...and will certainly use this platform again.
