I would say I was a decent experience I was scared at first coz the site didn't look legitimate but still I urgently needed some tickets for Anne Frank House which was sold out everywhere else except TicketEx, so I had to try my luck and Thanks to TicketEx that I still managed to visit the Museum in a decent amount.

What a great company. Managed to secure us some tickets for the sold out Anne Frank house for the date we were visiting. The tickets were emailed 10 days before the visit. This is NOT a scam website.

[edit june 25, 2026] Refund received. Probably not a scam but clearly over promising. [original comment June 10, 2026] It's a shame you can't give zero stars to this site, which is a pure scam. They claim to sell tickets for the Ghibli Museum in Tokyo (taking a more than comfortable margin in the process), confirm the purchase... But once the transaction is done and confirmed by email, no ticket is ever received. No proper contact. A vague WhatsApp exchange with an anonymous representative who unilaterally cancels the booking. Worthless service. An absolute scam. Avoid at all costs! Waiting for refund.

Paid and received confirmation email, yet on day of event we received no QR code tickets. We messaged them on WhatsApp and they said that the tickets weren’t confirmed. At least they said that a refund was already being initiated- however we won’t be able to get the chance for this event again.

J'ai acheté des billets pour l'alcazar de Séville. Ce qui était étonnant c'est que sur tous les autres sites les billets étaient épuisés pour le jour sélectionné. Quelques heures après mon achat on me contacte en me disant que la réservation ne peut pas être faite car leur fournisseur n'a plus de places et que le remboursement sera émis 5 jours plus tard. Sauf que 5 jours plus tard je m'aperçois qu'une commission est prise par le vendeur... Je trouve celà honteux. Ils annoncent des places disponibles alors que ce n'est pas le cas, et ensuite se prennent une commission...
