Anne Frank House I have booked the tickets from ticket ex got the best price in market and also got a proper support from tickets ex team I was worried before booking tickets with them but after having words with, Mr. Amit I got a proper answer of my question and he build the trust.

I ordered tickets to the Van Gogh Museum in Amsterdam for a 7pm entry. I ordered at 4:30pm. The email said I would receive my tickets within 2 hours. I sent emails to them at 5:03, 6:10, 6:13, and 6:43. I also DM’d them on instagram at 6:47. It is now 7:08 and I have not received the tickets. Gonna have to file a chargeback with my bank. My booking ID was TICKETEX_18890

I purchased 4 Tickets for a Seattle Attraction because the price was considerably lower through the TicketEx website than other sites were offering. About 3 hours later, I received an email telling me they had to increase the cost by $182 due to date availability. When I saw the email I responded and told them to cancel my booking because I was not paying that amount. I'm still waiting for a response back.
