I purchased attraction tickets from TicketEx at a discounted price. Shortly afterwards, I was informed that my booking had been cancelled because the attraction would not accept the advertised price. Although I received a refund, I still lost more than $11. This is a significant amount. I have made similar overseas purchases before, and the bank fees have typically been around $3, so the loss in this case was much higher. I can't help but wonder whether TicketEx benefits financially when customer bookings are cancelled. I contacted TicketEx twice by email and also used their online chat to ask for assistance, but I received no response. What concerned me most was that the same discounted tickets continued to be advertised on their website for weeks after my order was cancelled, and they were still available for purchase. Based on my experience, it appears that TicketEx continues to advertise discounted tickets that are not actually available, which may encourage customers to make purchases that cannot be fulfilled. Overall, I am disappointed with the lack of communication, the cancellation of my order, and the financial loss I incurred. Update (31 July 2026): TICKETEX_14657 & Booking ID: TICKETEX_14658

Said “we sent your tickets!!” The n 30 minutes later “we already sent you the cancellation!” What a scam / waste of time. They should be delisted.

Didn’t realise I needed to book tickets for the colosseum. Couldn’t find tickets anywhere for the date my cruise is going to Rome. Sold out everywhere. Took a gamble on the website and it paid off. Managed to get tickets at a good price
