I received three tickets. One of the tickets was for an address change and none of my tickets were waived. Instead I have to pay $300 plus in court fees and when I asked the ticket clinic representative, why wasn’t at least the address changed ticket waived I was advised that they never receive proof that the address was changed. Mind you that was the first thing I did prior to hiring them. The ticket clinic representative said, if they received proof the attorney would have fought harder. No one called for proof or even reached out to say hey make sure you get it changed “I can use that to get it waived”.SMH!!! I can’t trust the ticket clinic anymore. If you can’t even get an address change ticket removed. That response makes no sense to me. Please do better!!! Honestly, I feel bamboozled out of my money.

Excellent experience with Ticket Clinic. The entire process was simple, fast, and stress-free. Their team handled everything professionally and kept me informed throughout the process. (1) DO NOT HIRE THE FIRM, I DO NOT RECOMMEND. VERY BAD SERVICE. (2) Why ? The Attorney does not even bothered to go to the Court to fight for your Ticket. They do a Zoom Call with the Court. They do not fight for you, they accept the Terms that the Court imposes without fighting for you. (3) How I know that ? I received a Letter from the Court informing me that my License and Registration will be SUSPENDED if I do not pay the Ticket by a specified date at the Court. I took a Day Off at work to resolve the matter. (4) When I paid the Ticket at the Court I was provided with some documents of my case. One of the documents shows very clearly that (The Attorney did a Zoom Call with the Court). (5) That wrong Ticket now shows up in my Driving Record. That was not supposed to happen. (6) I had already 2 Job Offers that were revoked because of that Ticket in my Driving Record. (7) I am writing a Letter with all my evidence that I did not committed the fault to the Judge that saw my case. I need the Judge to order the DMV to delete that Ticket from my Driving Record. I will be defending myself this time. DO YOUR RESEARCH. (8) From the Beginning I did not have access to the Attorney. The Assistant charged my card and took the case. I did not have any opportunity to talk or text at least with the Attorney. (9) DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY AND YOUR TIME WITH THIS ATTORNEY FIRM. (10) Now I have (to Beg) the Judge to Re-Evaluate again my case. I need that Ticket be removed from my Driving Record. I am a Commercial Driver Class A a Ticket even 1 Damages my Driving Record in Catastrophic Way.
