I would strongly discourage anyone from hiring The Ticket Clinic in Georgia for a DUI case based on my experience. I paid for representation and the attorney failed to appear for not one, but two court dates. Communication was poor, the process felt extremely unprofessional, and I ultimately received the same plea deal I likely could have gotten with a court-appointed attorney or by speaking with the prosecution myself. After everything that happened, I requested a refund and was denied. I understand every case is different, but I personally feel like I wasted money and did not receive the level of representation I was promised. If you are considering hiring them for a serious charge like a DUI, I would recommend doing thorough research and considering other options first.

We used this service before and we’re happy but this time it was horrible, the customer service, the lack of service and lack of attention to our case was ridiculous, it cost us more going through ticket clinics then resolving it ourselves. Next time we will just take it to court and do it ourselves. We were very unhappy and unsatisfied with ticket clinic.

I had a ticket in St. Lucie County, which I did not know I had the possibility to do traffic school to erase the points. Being that I’ve done traffic school five times in my life previously, I thought that was the limit. It turns out the law changed recently to allow people to do it up to eight times. You would think the ticket clinic being a traffic law firm would know the laws have changed, but no, they still had it on their recording when I called them saying it was only five times in a lifetime so I hired them thinking I had no other options. They neglected to tell me I had the option to take traffic school apparently they didn’t even investigate how many times I’ve done it in the past they just went to court. Lost the case and I got points for the ticket. Once I found out the law had changed. After the fact I went back and contacted the court and they just basically blew me off. I contacted attorney Jonathan Alford at the ticket clinic and he basically just blew me off with an attitude no less. No one at the ticket clinic would take responsibility for giving me the wrong information and totally screwing up my case by not allowing me to just do traffic school. I paid $100 lost the case and got the points then they basically told me just deal with it, pal so it really just depends what you’re hiring these guys for just be very careful that you do a full research and talk to an attorney not just the clowns that answer the phone and tell you whatever you want to hear

They were so easy to work with. Just send them your ticket and they’ll take care of everything. I highly recommend them. Worth every penny.
