Waste of money and time
Reviews never affect them, they are too bisy that they dont cere if you win or loose
Their low ratings prove it
They just secure their money and even dont argue in the court
I regret to take services from them i should have been in the court i would have won easy

I wish to give ZERO.Everything is BAD
I wish to give ZERO.Everything is BAD! My In-Law had a simple traffic ticket. He could pay $200 to the court but he did not want to let it be in his record, so he hired The Ticket Clinic. They charged him $300. They postponed it twice and pleaded him guilty eventually. Then Miles Whitt advised him to do traffic school and it will be over. After the traffic school, my In-Law received a letter from the court to tell him to pay the ticket as he was not eligible for the traffic school. In the end, DO NOT hire them.

It Works like scam. They are all liers not lawyers!
Apparently, this is how it works: they “analyze” your ticket, tell you how much you need to pay them (33% of the ticket value), and then… you wait. And wait. And wait.
Then, one beautiful day, a lovely letter from the court arrives telling you that, surprise! You still have to pay the court costs around $300 and you have 60 days to do it. 🤦♂️
So, if your ticket is expensive enough that paying 33% plus the court costs still saves you a few dollars, congratulations! You might actually come out ahead.
Otherwise, just pay the bloody ticket yourself and save your time, money, frustration, and a whole lot of unnecessary anger! 😡😂!

I wish I could give zero star
I wish I could give zero star, it’s fraud! They don’t do anything you can’t do but they make you pay 100 dollars to them thinking they’ll get rid of the ticket!! All lies. Then they tell you it’s court fees. Please read the settlement offer on the red light ticket before paying them!

$400 Paid. Repeated Unreturned Requests. A Changed Court Date I Had to Discover Myself.
$400 Paid. Repeated Unreturned Requests. A Changed Court Date I Had to Discover Myself.
I deeply regret hiring The Ticket Clinic. Based on my experience with its out-of-state service, I would strongly advise prospective clients to look elsewhere.
I paid a $400 fee, described as nonrefundable, in early August 2026 for representation concerning an Iowa speeding ticket. My pretrial conference was scheduled for September 15. I expected basic communication, timely updates, and access to the attorney handling my case. Instead, I repeatedly had to chase the firm for information.
Over the following weeks, I called several times seeking updates and an opportunity to speak with my attorney. I did not get the substantive answers or attorney conversation I was requesting.
On September 8, the firm emailed me explaining that no further reduction had been obtained and presented two options: plead guilty and pay the citation, or pay an additional $1,000 for trial representation.
Before making that decision, I wanted to understand what my attorney had attempted and ask important questions about my options. I called repeatedly. Staff told me they would arrange contact with my attorney. The promised call never came. Being asked to choose between a guilty plea and another $1,000 payment, while being unable to speak with the lawyer advising me, was incredibly frustrating.
Then, on the morning of September 15, I called again. Only during that call was I told that my pretrial conference had been continued to October 20. I had received no email or telephone notification of that change beforehand.
I subsequently contacted the court clerk myself. The clerk told me the continuance had been granted on September 8, a full week earlier. That was the same day the firm emailed me about pleading guilty or paying another $1,000 for trial.
The firm communicated the additional trial fee, but it did not communicate the change to my court date. I had to call the firm to discover the new date and then contact the court myself to learn when the continuance had been granted.
I understand that hiring a lawyer does not guarantee dismissal or a favorable outcome. That is not my complaint. My complaint is paying for representation and then repeatedly being left without answers, without the promised attorney conversation, and without timely notice of an important court-date change.
This was not merely disappointing service. It left me feeling ignored and unsupported while I was trying to make an important legal decision. Clients should not have to chase a law firm repeatedly for basic information about their own cases.
I paid for legal help, not the added stress of pursuing the people I hired for answers. I would never hire The Ticket Clinic again. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend choosing another firm, especially if reliable communication and access to your attorney matter to you.
My case remains pending. This review concerns my experience with the firm’s communication and handling of my case.
Response: They are making excuses. I am a customer for a case in Iowa and they do not communicate with their customers in a proper way.

If i could give zero i would this place…
If i could give zero i would this place is worthless get a real lawyer no matter how small. They ened up costing me double what it would have been if I just paid it. They are a complete joke of a company. Worst coustomer service and I see why now cause they are absolutely worthless. I had a simple ticket that cost me now 390 bucks instead of 180 for the ticket. Wtf I want my money back ....

This client seems to be quite confused...I hope this clears it up. This driver was cited for a moving violation that carries 3 points on his driver's license record. 3 points could have a lasting effect on his insurance premiums! He hired our law firm and agreed to our terms and conditions at the time that he hired our law firm. We offered a money back guarantee...no points, no school, no conviction...all for less than $95! It is true that he had to pay court costs/fines. His court costs/fines and our small fee of $95 was WAY less than $390! I have no idea what he's referring to...but our fee was only $95 (because he used a $5 coupon). Please remember...he never attended court, no time off of work, received no points, no traffic school, no conviction on his record...all for $95. What's the issue here? Since 1987 (close to 40 years) we have been defending Florida drivers....5 million tickets and counting. This is a client that must not have understood the potential consequences of his actions. Luckily, we were able to help him get a great result.
