These people just turned a simple 10mph ticket that should’ve been thrown out into a suspended license and a $500 fine plus another $200 to the bondsman that had to bail me out of jail because I had a suspended license plus another thousand dollars to a lawyer to get it dropped. Hire anybody else, but these people.

Hello, This client hired us for a speeding violation. We went to court and obtained a great result. No points, no traffic school, no court and no conviction on his record, but he had to pay a fine/court cost. As we always do, we promptly e-mailed the client instructions so his fine could be timely paid. HE IGNORED OUR E-MAIL! Next, we physically mailed him a letter with the same instructions. HE IGNORED OUR LETTER! Then, we again e-mailed him another reminder to pay, which he apparently ignored again! We have detailed notes for everything that we do. Neither e-mail or the letter came back to us as undelivered. We are a law firm who has handled more than 5 million tickets, but we are not babysitters. Sometimes people need to take accountability for their actions. This client ignored 3 notices to pay his court fees and he's blaming us? Sometimes people need to look in the mirror instead of blaming others for their carelessness. This is one of those examples.
