I caution potential customers to be aware that the standard defense package does not include protection for future tickets. That is an additional feature, which is offered at an additional $29. What is not disclosed is that you are agreeing to a yearly membership of protection that renews at $59. You have to cancel it before it renews.The sales representative made it seem like the standard package included the protection for a year. At no point was it made clear that it was an additional feature-let alone a yearly subscription. Per the terms of the agreement, the sales rep must disclose the terms EXACTLY as they are written which did not happen. This practice is misleading and potential customers must be weary of a business that chooses to conduct business in that manner.

All our terms are fully disclosed and in fact you also had to read all the terms when you logged into our system and check the boxes that you agreed to all the terms. We are very transparent with our service and always do the best we can for every ticket.
