I used this company for a red light ticket. I had to phone many times as I didn't understand the process. Zach and Steve were helpful and patient with questions. I spoke with Nicole several times and she wasn't as helpful. I just hoped she wouldn't answer. I don't do her job so she seemed put out by answering the questions I didn't quite understand. This is not a lawyer office ( they told me that whenever I asked questions pertaining to the court process) and they basically just put the info in from your answers and send the paperwork via the app for you to send in. You download everything and mail into the court. This could be done by you. It was harder trying to figure out the app. When I first inquired, I went ahead and opted with the second ticket option. I did receive a $40 refund if I didn't win my case. I was also told traffic school was $60. This may have been what the court charges, but the traffic school thru Ticketbust was $5. It wasn't clear after the process ended I didn't win my case which was a $581 fine plus the ticketbust charge. Not worth it!

No one contacted me at all regarding my case and I still wound up losing. I filed my own "new trial" sheet. Thanks for taking my money and doing basically nothing for me.

They were nice and friendly but this was a huge waste of money. All they do is type a letter for you, there is NO representation. Ticket was NOT dismissed, was NOT reduced and I still have to do driving school (an additional cost). Find one that guarantees a win or you dont pay :( i gave then $200 for literally NOTHING

Did not win the case. 2 cars drove passed me while I was going 46 mph. The officer acknowledged that he saw them pass me. He said I was trying to catch up to them. He turned on his lights before I even passed him. This officer was out to get my car from the beginning

I received the response from the court and I was found guilty. Don't feel the written declaration they use really works and I doubt about the posted success rates on their site

You have to be aware of putting your faith in Ticket Bust.. I lost my mail in hearing using them. When I went to appeal They left me to do it myself. When I went over the original paperwork they did it all bad for me. They used a fog angle on that the cop couldn't see me proper thing.. And the day in question was a perfect SoCal day!!!! No wonder I lost.. when I went to tell them, they just laughed and dismissed me. Never got back to me, never got my money back. So be careful
