I got what I expected, which was essentially a form generated based on the citation issued, but there was little personalization in the form, there were typos throughout, and the final product was generally unprofessional. The website says it’s $100, but I was charged $180. Not sure why, but at that price you may as well ask a real attorney for an hour of their time.
