Is there a rating below Bad? That;s what I would have given you. After spending $169 for your service which I was told would dismiss my ticket, I was found GUILTY. This is something I could have done myself and wouldn't need your services.

Sorry to hear you were found guilty. We do our best to assist our clients in getting every ticket they can dismissed but not everyone does as the decision is always up to the court. We have been helping people successfully dismiss their traffic tickets for over 16 years and tens of thousand of tickets in CA. Again, this is a court trial and always the judge's decision, just like it is not our fault you received the ticket in the first place.

It feels like I got scammed when I first got in contact with them they assured me there was gonna be someone showing up to court for me the day before I call them to make sure that was still the plan only to be told they don’t offer that service only thing I got from them was a document that is supposedly legal and bla bla bla they were no help at all I still had to go to court and I was out $200 they’re a scam save your money

Unfortunately the information you are presenting is misguided and incorrect. You hired us to provide you your defense documents to contest your traffic ticket. We did that and completed our service in full. You did NOT hire us to go to court for you and you knew that as you check the box on our terms that states exactly what we are providing you. Instead you set a court date and that is not our fault. We provided you what you paid us to provide and you cannot blame us for your mistakes and negligence.

Ticketbust is full of snake oil and is a sham
Ticketbust does not allow for him they do not have lawyers and their service it's something you could do free for yourself with a little bit of research. It cost me $700 for a $400 ticket don't make the same mistake I did and hire somebody you don't need. And my opinion this company is full of snake oil and is misleading.
