We completed your documents on 8/31/20 and notified you that they were completed and provided you instructions on how to print, sign, and send them to the court one week prior to your due date. We sent you reminder emails on 9/11, 9/17, and 9/20 to remind you to send them to the court. If you have concerns or questions please feel free to call the office.

Sorry to hear how you feel about our service. However keep in mind that we have been helping people dismiss their traffic tickets for over 16 years and tens of thousands of tickets in CA. We do our best to get every ticket dismissed, but the decision is always up to the court.
