I had an issue with an order back in mid April. I reached out to their customer service and I got a response within 20-30 minutes from Karon their customer service manager. He was courteous and he made everything right. I almost forgot to leave this review because life, things to do, etc. But I wanted to extend my appreciation for this company having such good, responsive staff. My apologies regarding incorrect gender..our interaction was via email.

The customer service I received from this company was almost unbelievable. Karon was the man working with me & the issue I had with my order was immediately resolved, right to ere on the spot. Even priority mailed my package due to a small delay in processing. 10 out of 5. Karon is an absolute legend & deserves a raise.

Countless expertly handled orders, incredibly few issues/mistakes and only ONE order that I've didn't see some sort of resolution BECAUSE I never reached out to #TeamDepot (details inside) Welcome to my very extensive guide regarding Tianeptine Depot hereby referred to AS "#TeamDepot: I've broken this down into 1.) SHIPPING: UPS be SLAPPING on the delivery game. Fedex would be late like 1/4-ish packages AND somehow they ALWAYS have a reason to deny the refund. "It was windy that day, sorry chief. Have you tried maybe kicking rocks" ~Fedex Customer support (Basically) UPS has consistently gotten my pack to me many times in a row as of now... AND the basic level overnight typically puts that package in my hands like 13? 14? hours later. As many researchers are aware it can be very unfortunate to pause our research. (UPS: 5/5 and Fedex: 1/5) 2.) CUSTOMER SERVICE. Frequently SHOCKED at how fast and attentive #TeamDepot is! Don't often have issues ordering but the low single digit estimation of events have all been handled quickly and efficiently, sometimes literally going from 1.) Reaching out for support to --> 2.) Getting support... --> 3.) ????... --> 4.) Profit happened in 2 minutes. ACTUALLY 2 minutes. The ONLY even remote "concern" I have is that it appears that early afternoon (likely due to processing orders) (5/5 Customer Service.) QUALITY: I had ONE order (2 orders ago) where the physical appearance and interaction with water of the material seemed very different than what I've experienced with this material over half a decade of research. I can't be 100% sure but it strongly appeared that when conducting dissolution tests that a portion of the material would dissolve incredibly quickly while Tianeptine Sodium sort of clumps together creating clumps of a paste like material. Tianeptine sulfate tends to be hydrophobic so dissolves somewhat poorly but can disperse among the solution relatively quickly. I just cant be sure IF my order even HAS issues, my research was able to continue with only a slight increase in material usage. With so many amazing orders, AND me being unable to determine if my order was anomalous I never made contact with #TeamDepot, but I SUSPECT something could have been worked out on the 20g of Sodium. (4/5 QUALITY) PRICE!: I ONLY rated this 4/5 stars because there ARE cheaper vendors and at one point #TeamDepot had a price match and despite me working with them for an extended period of time this was denied. NOW... this really isnt a big deal because #TeamDepot runs sales more often than the pope shits. Sincerely tho considering you can basically always get at least 5% + (3.5% or more) off my orders tend to only be $10-$20 higher but sometimes like this last order, I came out like $60 ahead AND got solid service with a company that actually puts their money where their mouth is regarding shipping refunds (incredibly rarely needed with UPS as of late, OFTEN with Fedex) (4/5 PRICE) ~~~ OVERALL: 4.5 STARS out of 5. Additionally I suspect if I had just contacted #TeamDepot about the inconsistencies in the ONE recent order I had something could have been worked out, and even then the research material was usable, just something slightly different about it. Perhaps an accidental blend of Sodium and Sulfate?

Tianeptine Depot has some of the best customer service and product quality you can get! They have been seriously dependable with excellent communication and great deals!

Order got lost some where in the system but after speaking with Karon and taking screenshot everything was finally resolved Karon is new but is very competent Plus the sent me a im sorry for the delay bonus..... again t hey are a great company ..there competitors should take note ... Appreciate it Guys!!
