Your shipping is abysmal. You as a company have great customer service. But the tineframes yiu propose for extra cost have NEVER arrived on time. I paid over $30 extra for FedEx Overnight with Saturday delivery. But, I ordered on a Friday so I expected some delay. Fedex and Alpine Fulfillment confirmed mylabel was created Saturday. It didn't even GO to FedEx until Tuesday. At which point they claimed a Wednesday delivery. Alas, it was delayed because of shipping issues in Shreveport, LA. It got cold and barely snowed. Even the airports ACTUAL website said delays were running 15 minutes on departures. I have pictures to prove it. As of 9pm on the day FedEx, after 4 time changes for delivery STILL CLims will arrive today, but shows the package still in Shreveport. So I overpaid for overnight.... It is now 5 days later and the package is still halfway across the country, with FedEx pretending it will make it here, on a truck and to me between 9pm and midnight. Yes, FedEx screwed up, but sinceI have NEVER had a package arrive on time,I suggest you reevaluate how you state shipping option. OVERNIGHT DORSNT MEAN 6 DAYS. And that is extra I paid. I made one order after for normal shipping. In one day it is ahead of what I paid your higher rate for, thinking it would arrive earlier. I'm sure all the responsibility to you falls on FedEx. Very disappointed with this company, used to be a long time customer. Their customer service hasn't gotten to be non existent, not shipping orders same day when orders are placed well before the same day shipping cut off times, once you pay them, you'll get your order when you get it and they could care less. Very disappointed with the way they have treated a long time customer that has done so much business with them, but no longer will!

Ghosted snd ignored every email I made. They told me theyll ask their attorney if they can ship and now no further email is replied to

Here's the situation. It took. almost a whole month to get my product when it should normally be within a week as advertised. I almost got completely ripped off because they post office sent it back to their warehouse because they put the address incorrectly and then they lost it and tried to blame me. Finally I'm guessing a manager reached out to me and told me they will find the package and send me a new order. He told me he would send me 100 dollars of free product with my order for the inconvenience. I did not get any extra product. So the manager is decent and customer service needs to be fired specifically. Also don't appreciate being lied to. They even asked me to take down my first review and I did but I'm definitely not taking this one down. Fair warning there's way better options.

Never received shipment. Tried contacting support they said it would be sent out but that was 2 weeks ago.

Ordered overnight delivery that should have came in before 12pm the next day. Placed the order at 9am. Label was created at 12pm same day. 30 hrs later, ups has not even been GIVEN the package when it SHOULD have been delivered 4.5 hrs ago. Your product is solid, but you have lost my business entirely because you can't fufill basic obligations YOU offer to begin with.

Shipping promptness went to Hell. It doesn't matter how much you pay for same day Shipping and Next Day delivery, you will get it whenever you get it. I've wasted over $150+ in overnight shipping fees that were never honored. They don't refund the money charged for services not rendered. I also received one missing the Tamper Proof seal. It had a sweet smell, clearly someone did something. I reported it (and trashed it). No Response.

Ordered and paid for over night delivery package never arrived. When I checked UPS tracking it states they never received package. I reached out to tian help email they responded they would check in to but haven't heard back. The money was paid and collected through venmo.
