DO NOT ORDER ON BACK-ORDER I've been trying to contact them for the past three weeks and to think they'd be on back-order for this long. I was charged on cash app but I have yet to receive any official order number. I'd rather go to my local supply rather than deal with this for THREE WEEKS.

My package was lost in USPS system and still over 10 days later this company is not doing anything to correct the situation and btw the rewards program is a scam every time you login it says wrong password.

Place my order and sent payment on 3/13. I received 3 automated emails confirming receipt of my order but once I made payment I never heard back from them. When I attempted to reply to their emails they all were returned as undelivered. I tried calling but I get a message that their voicemail box is full. I found an email on this site to contact their customer service department and it looks like that email finally went through but I still have not received and update or any tracking information. Pretty terrible company. I won’t be ordering from this clown show ever again.

Beware! I ordered over $800 worth of sodium from Tianeptine Depot in January. The product I received was awful. It almost tasted like cologne. If you know Tia then you know the taste and how caustic it is. This was something else with maybe a dash of real Tia. I contacted them and they admitted that they received a “bad batch”. Against my better judgement, I agreed to a swap. I mailed back the first order, and received the swapped order 8 days later. So during this time, I have all my money tied up and no Tia. I also asked them to send a small container with the new batch that I could test just in case. They said “sure”. They did not include a sample size. The second batch was just as bad as the first. I was now stuck with a garbage white powder. I was scammed twice and out $850! They refused to answer my emails regarding the matter. I gave them one more chance to respond before writing this review, and they have chosen not to answer. I was also told they would file claims with UPS to get me a refund when it wasn’t delivered on time. That never happened either. They claim to have the best product and service, but that is untrue. I will never buy from them again. I have also saved all correspondences and receipts as proof so that they can’t claim I was never a customer or that I was in any way alright with how things were handled. Don’t be fooled by all of their discounts. It’s worth buying from another source for quality and reliability.

I have been making orders for some time now and everything went really smooth as it should.I make a purchase and a couple of hours later they would send me a email confirming my purchase and give me a tracking number but the last 3 times no email,no tracking number not anything.Try to email,call and leave a message but know response.Doesn’t make any sense.It’s really frustrating especially when you pay for fedex overnight shipping.Thinking it would get delivered quickly.But it doesn’t at all.I understand that things happen sometimes but 3 times in a row.If you pay for something you would think they would at least respond back.Order at your own risk.

They write fake positive reviews to make their company look better. Don’t give your money to this company they will give you the wrong product and then it’ll take weeks to ship out. and then when you reach out to them for their mistake they will not take accountability nor give you a refund. Don’t buy the sulfate specifically , I’m pretty sure there’s alot of huge shortages going on right now. terrible business etiquette

I received an incorrect product other than what I ordered. I Immediately alerted TD of the issue, and was advised by TD to provide photographic evidence, which I immediately did. To date, I still haven't received my order, nor have I been able to recover any of the funds. I would rate my [fraudulent] experience less than 1 Star, and will Never use TD again!!
