I submitted a payment through Zelle and my order was not sent. I had to go through customer service to ensure my order was sent after sending a payment. Very disorganized and they would’ve took my money if I didn’t say anything

Paid for a product and was never got a confirmation email. I was told by Tianeptine depot that they didn’t have an order or a payment for my email even though me Zelle transfer of 100 was accepted. Still haven’t gotten my money back

My issue is with the full lack of response to multiple attempts across multiple days at reaching out for tracking information. Multiple emails went ignored. None of the phone numbers on the website worked, either. I even tried their Twitter and that went unopened as well. Payment processed normally so I'm beginning to think this site is possibly a scam.

This may be one of the worse companies in terms of customer service. They flake out, lie about shipping and overall do not allign with what they promote they stand for. It took from March 13th till March 27th for my order to ship. I called every business day after not receiving tracking for my order just to find a full mailbox and could not leave a message. I sent email after email and got no response. I finally had to contact my bank and that same day my order shipped. I’m very disappointed in the customer service and the nasty email response I finally got 10 days after my order. It was completely uncalled for and I’ll be happy to post that response if you’d like. I’ll be finding another vendor for future orders. I understood getting my orders late when the supply chain was disrupted and when the weather was bad in your area but this was the 3rd time there’s been shipping issues and it was not handled in a processional manner. I’m done…..
