Always have great experiences with this company. I am currently dealing with a shipment that was delivered to the wrong address and I am hoping they get it sorted out for me ASAP since I paid extra for UPS next day air and didn’t receive it when I needed it. However, I trust them and trust that they will send me a replacement for this order before the weekend. Update: They let me put in an order for a replacement and next day Saturday delivery. They greatly helped me out even though I was a total pain in the butt. I knew they would because they genuinely care about their customers which is why I trust them and won’t buy from any other company.

They went above and beyond when I placed an order that was out of stock but didn't state that when I placed the order. They compensated me with an extra gift, which they certainly didn't have to do. I will go nowhere else for my orders. The blue containers that I received once are really cool!!

I'm a new customer and from what I've experienced so far has been all positive. Ordering is easy, price is fair and customer service is top notch. Most importantly the quality is decent and it gets delivered as scheduled.

The customer service cannot be beat! I’ve emailed them several times and receive a quick reply each time with a good option to remedy my question or concern. The product is very high quality along with being 3rd party tested. The price per gram cannot be beaten and they offer frequent discounts on top of their low prices. They also ship most orders within a few hours after I’ve placed them. I’ve used other vendors and have not been nearly as pleased as I have been with Tianeptine Depot.
