I was in search of a new vendor so I texted TD, and got an immediate response and all of my questions and concerns were answered. I placed an order and they even threw in an extra 10 grams of sodium in for me, and that had me sold. I let them know that I would he leaving my longtime reliable vendor for them. The first couple of orders went through smoothly, UNTIL it didnt. I order sometimes 2-3x a week via fedex priority overnight. Well on August 25th I placed an order before cutoff and noticed by a certain time you receive label created/picked up scan. Which never happened! I reached out to every avenue of contact available for them and got no response! Several hours later i finally got a response and expressed my frustration and how unacceptable it was to not send out overnight orders! But they were able to make it up to me and my order went out the next even though I had to hound them to send it that day. So i place a new order a couple days later way before cutoff and submit payment. Im watching the clock and noticed the time getting closer and closer to cutoff and I had not gotten an order confirmation or fx label created! I reached out again literally spamming them! No response so I called no answer. So I kept calling until I finally got a response literally minutes before orders were due to be picked up from fedex! Again they had forgotten to pack up my order and had I not been persistently calling and reaching out it wouldnt have shipped. I expressed my frustration and let them know I was going back to my reliable vendor! Communication is iffy with these guys and they simply dont ship orders placed before cuttoff!

I placed my order on Monday at approx 9am, and paid $50 for ups delivery next day. I recieved an email from Tianeptine Depot on Tuesday (my expected delivery date) that they were out of the product, and it will be another day or 2, before it will be shipped out. I finally recieved my product on Thursday. I expected, at the very least, a refund of the $50 I paid for next day delivery. Tianeptine Depot should have let me know, when i paid for the product, that they were out of stock. Instead, they gladly accepted my money, and notified me the next day, that they were out of stock. Complete and absolute failure!

Been taking days to ship

My first and worst experience with any company ordering Tiapentine. I paid $32 for 1-3 day delivery on Tuesday and as of this morning it is still sitting at their warehouse!!! No movement. This is not a USPS issue this is TD problem. I should have taken the reviews seriously.

I think this web site might be a scam. Never received my order. It's like it disappeared through fedex. Saying it was delivered but was never delivered.

For the fifth time in a row, I had to submit my payment details multiple times before my package got shipped out and many of those times it was a day late after I had paid hundreds of dollars in expedited shipping such as paying $160 for yesterday delivery and never having a package arrive at all or having a package even remotely close at all . I always make my payments, before the cut off times and I always follow up with a confirmation email immediately with photos of all my info. Confirm that I have correct data log and I indeed did make my payment. I would really appreciate some type of compensation for this never going according to plan I can understand once or twice but every single time I order I get jerked around and I don’t understand why because I do everything very early in the day around 8:30 to 9 AM and immediately follow up with an email which I’m usually told my order is on hold because they lost my information and then I have to provide it for them three more times before they send it

They take your money and do not process your orders. Then they blame you as the customer stating because you paid 22 minute before the SAME DAY CUT OFF that was your fault and your orders should be in 60min prior. Not true the order never would have processed because NO ONE confirmed the payment and NO ONE reviewed the customer emails about the payment to CONFIRM!!!!! Do not use crypto external it won’t ever process even though they say it’s ok and email them. They will blame you the customer for the fact that they don’t have someone manning the exact contact method they say to use and following the emailed instructions from their tech team!!! They have zero customer service and don’t care about customers. They used to be amazing. Used to be the best in the business product is good however in the past week received my first bad product. No replacement because no one replies to emails so I ordered my own replacement which never arrived. And tried one final time and yet this order was never processed. All this since Thursday!!!!!! This is a TD problem However they’ll blame their customer instead of taking FULL responsibility and admitting hey you’re right we didn’t answer emails we didn’t see your order we messed up! Okay cool you’re human we all are but instead they go ahead and blame you for ordering too late even though it’s before cut off. Apparently cut off is really one hour earlier if you actually want your order out same day!!! Good to know right?!?! Put that information on your website then. You have a count down clock for same day ordering which goes until 1pm PT so if ordering at 12:40pm PT isn’t early enough then change the time!!!! Always always blaming customer with no ownership. Previous experience was being lied to and told my package was hand delivered to Dallas Airport for shipment via Fed ex. Fed ex searched high and low. Even reviewed cameras with no proof only for my order to ship out Six Days later from a Walgreens drop off that they did after hours to continue to delay the product another day!!! Overnight shipment mind you! Took over 10 days and they took ZERO ownership and accountability for it!!! They are the ones that lied and said they dropped to an airport (have emails in writing from Admin!!) and how they drove for hours and I should feel grateful only to find out it wasn’t processed until the following THURSDAY 6 days and dropped at Walgreens and before the holiday so took another four days to get!!! Then they blame me all because of THEIR actions. I didn’t lie. I didn’t send a fake tracking. I didn’t say I dropped at airport to only drop at Fed ex Walgreens days later! Being honest when taking someone’s money is #1 and they don’t have that!!! Money was finally refunded. They pay for four and five star reviews. Or get friends and family to do the same to block out all the true 1and 2 star ones. Highly recommended reading all those to see the truth of how the business is run!!!
