Great place great product.

This is my second time buying from them, it took me awhile to do because i couldn’t trust them, now they are incredibly incredible i will switch vendors due to the quality and shipping they have.

Fast shipping, reasonable prices and great discounts. One of the best vendors out there for sure!

Cannot say enough good things about this vendor. This is the ONLY vendor I have ever used & researched with who genuinely is amazing in all aspects of their business. I am so bummed I didn't find them years AGO... man, the amount of garbage "Tia" I got from other vendors over the year has been such a constant issue. I am over the moon I can FINALLY. ALWAYS TRUST THEIR QUALITY. They're the only source will you can trust your getting 100% quality product DIRECT from the source. Not these crappy ass warehouses that other vendors just repackage and sell... instantly doubling their profit. No. Tianeptine Depot actually gives a damn about their quality. And it's so clear from the get go. I know I can always trust their product, I know the research I am conducting is going to be worthy. Because if you don't have quality product. Then what's the point of even researching at that point? Their customer service is absolute top notch. They take care of their customers. They put their neck out for us constantly. Any hiccups I've had. Which has been one time in a year of solely using them. They've 100% quickly addressed. Made up for it OUTSIDE of their normal customer service hours. AND fixed it with my very next order that I did way too close to cut off. All the negative reviews you see from a few months ago are simply slander. Customers did not read they were out of stock (which by the way, EVERY single vendor was out of stock at this time too). And customers ordered not reading that the product was out of stock and on back order. It's a tremendous shame that Tianeptine Depot took such a hit to their reviews. It's incredibly unfair and bullshit! I am so glad I found them. They've been nothing short of amazing. There's no other place to look for quality product other than with Tianeptine Depot.

UPDATE: although I still don’t have my first shipment, I have to say that the team over there really came through for me. It’s still too early to file missing claim on first package so I made a new order so I had something while waiting for the original. I paid for UPS ground and they upgraded the shipping to overnight on their own dime. I am beyond appreciative for this gesture. Very kind and they didn’t have to do it. Plus they are still offering replacement support for the original shipment if it in fact never gets here. Switching review to 5 stars because they really did go above and beyond to make this mixup somewhat manageable. I’ll be a frequent flyer with you guys for sure. Thanks! Update: was able to get in contact with someone from customer service. They said they would replace for free if shipment never arrives which is excellent. However; I did have to place new order through different shipper because we are awaiting outcome for original package. All in all, support is still slow at times but they are trying to help and that’s all I can ask for. SOME ADVICE: use UPS!! don’t rely on USPS in that region Switching review to 3 stars will update. My original experience/review was rather negative and heavily worded at first; the lack of support from USPS didn’t help the situation. I was upset with slow response times and lack of caring once the customer passed the point of sale. This stemmed from multiple days and attempts to contact with no success. They did eventually message me back and have been talking with me throughout my reorder process and have extended their help in case the first order doesn’t come. I appreciate when a company responds to criticism and attempts to make things right.
