One of very few tia places that has a phone number to talk to someone. When I was worried my package hadn’t left the facility, he assured me it did. Been through the whole song and dance with other companies and “the check is in the mail” behavior. He was right. It was a shipping delay in updating tracking info. We all know how important it is to receive this product when we need it for research. Thanks TD for having integrity.

A huge plus, that no other vendor is doing, is these guys have a phone number I can call during business hours and ask any questions I might have. They ship reliably and on time. So it finally happened. After dozens of flawless orders there was a mistake. Why the commitment to rating 5 stars still? Look. Mistakes happen. Based on the review just before mine it looks like something bigger may have happened and affected multiple orders? I also had made and paid for an order and when it came time to get my tracker.. it didnt arrive. I tried to get in contact with them right away but couldn't reach anyone for a long time. All of this spells for a bad experience... but you know what doesnt? The owner/operator/staff member pulling some INSANE strings and putting in some wild extra work to get my package pushed out WELL after cut-off time. Not going to lie.. I was really scared I was about to get exit scammed 😬 instead I got my package right in time before leaving in a big trip. Overall it was a bummer to have my order missed and having to try a lot to get a hold of someone (communication is the ONLY thing I could even BEGIN to critique) and when my package was shipped it was technically shipped with a slightly lower tier shipping that what I paid for [$15 difference] ... that being said with a little extra work on my part to get a hold of them and then no B.S. the carrier letting me meet their driver hours before they would have arrived (would have been gone on my trip and very sad) all things said and done my package was put into the system well after cut-off time and I had it in my hands very close to 16 hours later. Sixteen hours. I dont want to give all the details but if the owner/operator/staff member who helped me sees this and wants to chime in I will verify the details. Ive worked various customer service or sales related jobs my whole life and I can count on 1 hand how many times ive experienced service this good. Please don't leave. You have multiple life long customers through us as long as you guys keep kicking ass.
