I would give this one star but they were good for the first few months that I used them. But the last 2 months have been horrible. They no longer respond to emails from me. I've sent 3 in the last 5 days and nothing. The first two I sent they ended up sending out a letter to everyone so I let it go because they said it was due to fires and snow. Then they sent out another letter claiming amajority of the packages would go out Monday and what doesn't go out would be sent out Tuesday with expedited shipping (they already promised this in an earlier email so all packages should be going out with expedited shipping). I contacted them again yesterday after their cut off time for orders to get sameday shipping. because my package still hasn't gone out. It says my package is shipping from Paris, Texas. I looked up the weather and it said an abundance of sun. Not sure why my package didn't go out and not a single person has tried to reach out or even send out a letter to anyone about what is going on. I'm starting to feel like they are just pocketing the money at this point because they no longer have the product they were selling. If by some miracle my package goes out today I'll gladly come in and edit but at this point I'm feeling like my money was stolen. Edit: Product was finally sent out thankfully. Product was not expedited whatsoever. It was said twice in emails that products would be expedited free due to products not going out as promised. I guess I can't complain to much since the product has finally be sent out. I'm going to leave the review at 3 stars for now. If they can get back to how they were a couple months ago I'll come back and edited it again.
