Stressful experience. Never received product and still haven't heard back from them after multiple attempts

Terrible experience. Vendor was dishonest with me about their product, shipping, and refused to provide refunds. I was sent the wrong product and was not given a refund. I canceled an order but they shipped it anyway. They responded to my cancelation request, then shipped it a few days later. Did not provide a refund. Customer service will ignore questions they don’t want to answer. Previous review was removed so I will keep posting to warn others.

Somehow, an address got changed, not by me, and the package that I paid for overnight shipping made it to the post office but then was returned to sender. Along with all the bad weather, it took a week going through the system and then returned and now I haven’t heard from the company after I’ve written to them three times.

So I have had issues with these people before, but they made it right. It took A LOT of back and forth, but they made it right. Don’t wanna have to go through all that again so I’m just gonna leave a review this time. I made two orders. One with 2-5 day shipping and one with overnight shipping. Both days apart. It took over THREE WHOLE DAYS for my overnight to arrive with no warning and still no contact to make it right. I mean, I ordered overnight so I should have it the next day, not four days later. Even if I didn’t make the shipping cutoff(I did), it was ordered on a TUESDAY so there’s no excuse for why it took so long. Never acceptable and I was burned out of 55$ dollar shipping. Thanks a lot, I guess???? That’s how you do business, right? As for the package with 2-5 day shipping, yeahhhhhh it’s been over a whole week and it’s still not expected for another three whole days. At this point, I don’t think I'm ever even going to get it. That’s if it was even shipped out to begin with, lol. Who knows at this point? Also, I have shipping and order screenshots to back all of this up. Holy heck. I’m not sure what to recommend. Sometimes they’ll keep their word and other times they’ll just decide that their part of the business agreement doesn’t matter and that the customer doesn’t matter either, which is terrible to be honest. Who knows, maybe they’ll get back to me, but the only way to make this right would be to refund the 55$ shipping entirely, which you already know they are NOT going to do. I don’t want some little coupon, a discount, NO. I just want the money that I used to pay for the business transaction that I was completely screwed on. So yeah, that sucks….. like a lot. I’m not gonna sit here and rant lol, but just be careful with who you decide to give your money to on the internet! And this is coming from someone who has A LOT of experience with these guys soooooooo yeah.
