I ordered the pistol kit. They sent me the upper with a charging handle. No BCG and no lower parts. Mistakes happen, but I e-mailed them almost 2 weeks ago with no reply and they won't answer their phone. If I hear from them I will update this review. Update 5/8 So Thunder Tactical resent my order and I am very pleased with it. My suggestion to them is hire someone to answer phone calls and e-mails. That would eliminate a lot of bad reviews since that seems to be the biggest complaint. Thanks for following through!

Purchased a pistol kit from thunder tactical - had a small issue with my barrels tho. Contacted them and they were able to give me credit and I used it to purchase a new rifle kit instead. Recommend them
