This company sucks to work with. Their customer service is complete dog sh!t. They respond to inquiries but are somewhat aggressive. Not only that but they take forever to ship the damn products. I waited like almost 40 days before I got my AR15 rifle kit. Funny enough, I got my kit and lower was missing from it. They shipped me another one and it also took about 30 days to get to me lol I’ve never head of 1 month shipping times unless I order on Chinese platforms to get some electronics or whatever.

Cheap part but good luck getting all of your parts. They will not return or even answer phone calls or email. It is worth spending $50 extra somewhere else because you won't have to buy the parts you did not get.

The pistol kit was good except for a major component, the bolt. It was way out of spec and would not seat on the round. I verified this twice myself and had a certified armor look at it. His decision was the same. Thunder Tactical has still not resolved this issue since I contacted them two months ago. Do not buy from them.

One year ago, I purchased many guns. While building them I had issues with missing and damaged parts. The damaged part they replaced right away, but would never address the missing part. To this day, they still will not replace a 50 cent piece! The other issue is one of my guns has a tight chamber and will require milling. That is one gun out of four needs milling and one needs a 50 cent piece. Not very good odds! With all my attempts to call that are never answered, and e-mail unanswered I am giving them two stars. Customer service should get zero stars!
