When I first started with Thryv a few years ago, I thought that they were great. I had a real live person coming to my office to work with me. I set our payments at around $650 per month with about half of that amount to use for Google ads. Well after a while, my person moved on to another job and then I began to notice that we weren’t getting any Google Ads. I tried to call and just got the run around. I waited several more months checking every single day to see if we were getting any Google Ads and we weren’t. I tried to call to remove our Google Ads part of what we are paying and was told that someone would have to call me. No one ever did call me back. Several more months have gone by and now I had to get a new debit card because I lost my other one and now I am getting messages from the company stating that I owe them this month’s fees. Hopefully now I might get someone to return my phone call so that I can cancel. I refuse to pay one more dime to these thieves.

Update on my misdealings with Thryv. We are going back and forth with lies and excuses they continue to make. Im surprised there hasnt been more action brought aganist this scam company.Apparently the amounts of money they collect, from businesses intended for ad spend, doesnt even get close to being spent on ads.There are so many compalints on BBB, that BBB only post 50 percent of them and that total is over 400.Totaling over 900 and probably growing everyday.They were kind enough to credit us with 6000 dollars, which they put towards some more bogus ad spends and we got very little response/leads, as there were still bad phone numbers used in our call tracking numbers.Hard to calculate how much lost business,lost revenue and how much they have damaged our reputation. A TOTAL RIPOFF! Thryv is the worst. The platform took three on-boarding calls to learn and by the time I finished my 3rd and realized it wasn't for me I was locked into a three-month contract. There's a reason they lock you into a contract because they know you're going to cancel and use one of the many other cheaper and more user-friendly alternatives out there. I hate ot.

I am a small business and decided to try something different in regards to leads and CRM. This was the biggest waste of my hard earned money I have ever invested in. My advice is don't invest your money in Thryv as it will not produce what they promise. If you're even considering doing something different, do not do it with Thryv.

Had thryv for a while, I was told If I add an SEO I would show first in city of richland wa. I was showing 3rd on organic pages in city of pasco and kennewick wa before adding SEO package for an extra $400. 4 days later Google suspended my account and I got taken off maps completely, this business is a fraud. They try to manipulate Google algorithm and Google punish me for there illegal practices.

Scam. I just started with thryv yesterday 5-25-2022. I own affordable window solutions llc. I was told for 1900 per month they would build a website and guaranteed I would get a minimum of 105 calls from new customers per month. I verified this over and over again with Richard all on recording. Now one day later after they got my first 1900$ they tell me 123 calls per year. I asked for my mone back. They said that was impossible. I want my money back

So far this has been a complete waste of my money. I have allowed it go on longer than I should have, since we do seasonal work and I wanted to give it more of a chance. My business advisor has not returned any phone calls or replied to several emails. I've escalated this to the next level and still no help. I haven't even said I want to cancel, I just want to see what needs done to improve the situation. I would like to write a better review if they correct the situation.

Our contract price was almost $5500.00 for one year. Upon renewal, they bragged how their advertising got us 79 calls. That's a laughable number considering the cost. I lost money. They are nice to you until you cancel. Once you do cancel, you are no longer worth their time. I cancelled directly with my rep, Libby Bigolin, who now will not answer my questions. I sent her 3 emails over a 3 week period that went unanswered. I was just trying to find out why she didn't cancel ALL of our advertising as requested. When I was able to reach her by phone on 05/05/22, she stated she thought I was rude because I asked "what gives?". Seriously?!? I still have not received an answer. Lastly, they want all billing done on your credit card. It's easier for them to take your money and harder for you to stop them. Just read some of the 439 Better Business Bureau Compliants, they're pretty much all the same. Do NOT do business with Thryv.
