Horrible customer service. I tried to use the platform and wanted to see what it was all about and how I can implement it in my business. When I signed up for their free plan I was unable to log in. When I reached out to support they said because of fraud on their end I was unable to use their free plan and had to pay for the plan. Sounded like to me they tried to bait and switch me. I don’t mind paying but forcing me to pay when you clearly offer a free plan for customer to try was just unbelievable and a waste of my time. Be careful.

Dreadful experience - and cancelling made it more so. There were so many issues and on initial preview, everything seemed like it would be an ideal fit. What we ended up experiencing was a lack of execution, buggy software that didn’t operate and customer service and account management that was severely lacking. Basically we saw that they were using white labeled or borrowed software from vCita and charging quadruple the price. They wanted full directory and domain control for website to help create vendor lock and nothing was followed up by the marketing or account management team. Ended up being a wasted and frustrating experience that I later found many others to have, as well. I wished I had gone through and read more online reviews and experience to have at least been a little more aware.

Being double billed, I’m paying one set of bills, but the other side of bills is constantly telling me I’m months overdue. I will only pay one set of bills so thrive needs to figure out which set of bills they’re going to send me every month.

There was nothing that your company did that resulted in a single order. I was very disappointed.

The people who initially onboard you are super helpful and responsive, until you are completely onboarded and then they totally ghost on you and stop responding to you. I have no doubt that the software is worth it, but their care for helping you get going AFTER you sign a contract is pathetic. They make their commission and move on. They put their best into their sales people and then abandon you. When I did finally get ahold of a tech person to help me with google reviews and so on, he was decently helpful. Unfortunately I have had more negative experience than positive. Hard to understand many people either due to language barrier or bad microphones.

Eric Mitchell is phenomenal at what he does, he provided me with a detailed analysis on how my website was performing. He not only showed me but also explained how Thryv can assist me and how to manage my social media pages. I highly recommend Thryv and Eric. Thank you
