I would like to thank the support employee Shafin. I had some technical challenges that I couldn't solve on my own. Shafin really helped me a lot to solve these problems. He responded very quickly to my emails, was very polite and courteous and helped me to make the right settings in the backend. He also provided detailed and personalised video tutorials which helped me a lot. Shafin thank you for your great effort. :)

I had bought the individual Thrive Leads product before Thrive went to a subscription model. Regardless, Rizwan helped me get the help I needed to fix an issue on my site with Thrive Leads. How many companies that you know would do that? Way to go!

Thrive themes offer a great product - I use it on all my websites. It's a bit of a learning curve at first, but the tutorials are good. Support via email is excellent - prompt, courteous and helpful. I deal with a lot of support desks in my work and Thrive is definitely one of the best.

I’ve been using Thrive Themes products since 2015 and they’re great. They’re well-built and well-engineered. If I ever have a question, their extensive knowledge base and/or YouTube channel provides me with the answer 99% of the time. If I ever need further assistance, Thrive Themes has a great tech support team.

The whole suite is outstanding, and worth every penny. It makes things so much easier. I explored all options for landing pages, countdown timers, template designs, course creation, etc… and if I had to buy each of them from different companies price would be crazy. Thrive Suite is a complete package. I just had to add one external resource, ThriveCart, simply because it makes the checkout experience easier. Support is magnificent, and quick, they do the fixes for me ifneedd and even send screenshots or videos explaining how they made the changes. Shoutout to Jona who’s amazing. But I have to say everyone in technical support is quite incredible.

Much more than just a "Theme"

Thrive themes have been brilliant ever since I signed up in 2016. They are helpful, patient and will stick with you until any problem is resolved. I highly recommend them and recently Bel From tech support was especially helpful. That's why I stay with Thrive Themes.
