I was having problem migrating my files from one host to another PLUS Thrive Themes plug ins had a bug in them. They finally fixed the bug and Kenneth downloaded the new fixes to my hosting site. This whole process took almost three weeks and Kenneth from Thrive Themes stayed with me throughout that whole time. I really appreciated his help and timely responses. Even though most of our correspondence occurred overnight, I was happy to wake up in the morning to his communications.

I use Thrive Architect by Thrive Themes for many years now. Fun and easy to use. The support has always been superb: quick and good/effective. They really take the time to help you and try several things to try to solve the problem or answer a question. Often with screenrecordings wich I save for reference later.
